The Board of Appeals is holding a public hearing to hear Robert Bittar's two appeals on 26 Mill Stream. 1 being the revocation of his occupancy permit by the CEO. 2 being the decision/recommendation of the Planning Board to not change the zoning per Mr. Bittars application.
