GLADIATOR: Fight to the Finish

The Readfield Enterprise Committee is pleased to announce that the latest Enterprise Fund small business loan has been awarded to Readfield resident David Matson.  The $5,000 loan will be used to assist with the production and distribution of Matson's premier tabletop card game - GLADIATOR: Fight to the Finish.  The two-player game is based on extensive research, but designed to be fast moving and easily learned for ages around 12 and up.  Experience the deadly dance of fighting with sword and shield!  For more information on this exciting game and where it can be purchased visit www.fight-to-the-finish.com or contact David directly at (207) 522-9927. 

The Readfield Enterprise Committee was established to manage the Readfield Enterprise Fund using uniform program-appropriate lending practices, as well as provide guidance to the Readfield Select Board on matters of economic development.  The Enterprise Committee offers a variety of financial and technical assistance services to income-eligible new and start-up businesses in Readfield. 0% interest loans are available for projects up to $10,000 for a term of up to 60 months.  Loan applications are accepted on a rolling basis.  For more information or to apply for a loan visit www.readfieldmaine.org/enterprise-committee or contact Town Manager Eric Dyer at (207) 685-4939.
