Fiscal Year 2020 Municipal Budget & Warrant

The Readfield Select Board and Budget Committee will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 16th 2019 at 6:30pm - Gile Hall to discuss the proposed Fiscal Year 2020 Municipal Budget and Town Meeting Secret Ballot Warrant.  The purpose of this meeting is to hear questions and comments from the public on the budget and warrant.  The discussion will include a presentation on proposed capital improvements including much needed repairs to the Community Library and an expansion of the Readfield Fire Station being considered together as a municipal building project.  The municipal portion of the mil rate is expected to decrease this year.  Reference information is included below.  The public is welcome and encouraged to attend but the event will also be televised live on Channel 1301 and available post-broadcast on the town website!
