VETERANS' DAY EVENT featuring the Third Maine Civil War Re-Enactors

Veterans, Friends, Family, One & All are Welcome! Help Honor our Deserved Veterans during all or any part of this event!

Thursday, November 11, 2021 ~ 10:00 AM to 12:00 Noon

  • 10:00 AM               Readfield Corner Cemetery, Church Road (Parking available at the Old Fairgrounds parking lot on Church road or at the North end of the cemetery. Those who cannot walk to Gile Hall are welcome to follow in their vehicles)
  • 10:00-11:00 AM    Rememberance of some veterans who are buried there; then all invited to join in the march to Gile Hall led by the 3rd Maine Company A Vol. Infantry Re-enactors
  • 11:30 AM               Ceremony in honor of all Veterans

Following the ceremony FREE bag lunches will be passed out at Gile Hall, 8 Old Kents Hill Road, by the Readfield United Menthodist Church
