You can request you absentee ballot below; they will begin being mailed out the week of May 16, 2022
To request your absentee ballot:
- Online by going to https://apps.web.maine.gov/cgi-bin/online/AbsenteeBallot/index.pl and completing the online application
- Print off and complete the Absentee Ballot Application; mail to Town of Readfield, 8 Old Kents Hill Road, Readfield ME 04355 or stop in during regular business hours at the Town Office.
- Complete the form at the Readfield Town Office during regular business hours.
- Call the Town Office at 207-685-4939 and talk to a clerk; voice messages can not be accepted and we need to speak to the voter who is requesting the Absentee Ballot.
Voter Registration - voters may register at the town office during regular or special hours, or at the polls on the day of elections. Proof of identity and residency are required in order to register to vote in accordance with Title 21-A Section 121,(1-A).

Voting will be held on Tuesday, June 14, 2022 from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm at Kent's Hill School, Harold and Ted Alfond Athletic Center,1617 Main Street, Readfield ME 04355
The last day to request your Absentee Ballot is Thursday, June 9, 2022 unless special circumstances exist. The Town Office will be open for the purpose of fulfilling absentee ballot requests only until 5:00 pm on this day.
Ballots need to be received by 8:00 pm the close of poles on voting day.
