Cushing Storage, LLC – Application to allow construction of two additional storage facilities located at 866 Main Street, Map 121 Lot 020. The proposed buildings will be approximately 100’ x 20’ and 100’ x 50’. A Commercial Industrial District Overlay application was previously approved in February 2024 by town vote.
Site Visit to take place at 5:45 PM on location prior to Public Hearing

Subdivision application by Lovejoy Ventures LLC and Main-Land Development Consultants for a 10 parcel division for 10 single family houses. The project includes construction of a new road and a section of North Wayne Road (Menatoma Camp Road). The property is located on the Tax Map 111 Lot 032, in the Rural Zone District.
 
Marijuanaville/FKD Berenyi, LLC – Application for a replacement of a retail medical marijuana dispensary located at 769 Main Street, Map 129 Lot 070; this application includes renovations to the retail space and apartments within the building.
