2019 Contractor Rate Requests

As in years past the Town of Readfield is seeking general rates for labor, equipment, and materials to be used in developing a pool of pre-qualified contractors for work in the coming year.  By submitting information for some or all of the categories presented in the attached form you will become eligible to perform work for the Town of Readfield in a variety of situations.  These rate sheets do not replace the proposal or bidding process for most projects, but are used in matching municipal needs with available contractors.  They are also a good way to highlight new equipment or services that you might offer.

Please consider submitting your rates by mid-May as we have ongoing projects and frequently have unanticipated work come up.  Complete the form below to access the 2019 Rate Request Form.
