The Town of Readfield, Maine and Torsey Pond Association are seeking sealed Proposals for Dam and Bridge Repairs at Torsey pond on Old Kents Hill Rd. The dam and bridge are a single contiguous structure, with the dam portion owned and maintained by the Torsey Pond Association and the bridge owned and maintained by the Town of Readfield. Work generally involves the placement of a coffer dam and concrete repair. Work is scheduled to occur in the fall of 2020.
