Town of Readfield Winter Roads Maintenance Request for Proposals

The Town of Readfield seeks proposals from qualified contractors to remove snow, control ice, apply salt and sand, and perform other winter road maintenance work on all municipally-owned roads, state-aid roads, and intersections in the Town of Readfield totaling approximately 34.5 miles.  The work is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2022 and continue for three winter seasons with the option of extending to a fourth.

There will be a mandatory pre-bid meeting at 10:00am on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at the Readfield Town Office.  Proposals are due and will be publicly opened at 1:00 p.m. on March 31, 2022, at the Readfield Town Office.
