Community Action Grant Public Hearing

Community Resilience Partnership
State

Municipal and tribal governments and unorganized territories in Maine may apply directly for up to $50,000 in Community Action Grant funds to support projects that reduce energy use and costs and/or make their community more resilient to climate change effects, such as winter storms, flooding, extreme weather, drought, and public health impacts.

The Town of Readfield is pursuing a Community Action Grant and holding a Public Hearing in conjunction with their Select Board Meeting on January 9, 2023 beginning at 6:30pm (though the Hearing will likely begin around 7:30pm).  Please join us to talk about community resilience in Readfield and help us establish project focus areas.

You can join the meeting person at the Town Office or via ZOOM.

If you can't make the meeting you can submit comments HERE or contact the Town Manager at 685-4939.

We want to hear from you!
