Fall 2021 Soccer Registration Sign Ups are here!

It is that time of year to register your child/children for SOCCER! 

Registration is open for those Pre-K to 6th grade. The cost is $25.00 per child with a maximum family fee of $70.00.

Please complete the form by clicking here if your child/children are interested in participating in soccer this year. You can also register online at http://readfield.androgov.com/ and click on the Youth Soccer Registration tab (Please note a processing fee applies for online transactions) 

Return completed forms to the Readfield Town Office during normal business hours or drop them off in the outside dropbox around the corner of the building to the right. 

Cash or Checks accepted. Please make check payable to: Town of Readfield. Credit/Debit cards are accepted with a small fee. 

Registrations are due by Friday, September 3rd . If registering after the registration deadline a $10.00 late fee will be applied.
