Heritage Days Fireworks

Like most things in 2020, Heritage Days will be a little different this year. On August 8th, we are celebrating Heritage Days 2020 by having a fireworks display at the town beach around 9pm. We are inviting folks to drive over and watch the fireworks from their cars or boats. You can park your cars along Millard Harrison Drive (the road to the high school) or in the school lots. For safety, there is no parking on Route 17. You can bring your boat to a safe distance from the beach, as well. Due to safety concerns and fireworks regulations, the beach will close at 4pm on August 8th in preparation. There are no other official Town of Readfield Heritage Days activities on Heritage Days, but we are looking forward to next year and making up for lost time! Join us for a loud, socially distanced celebration on Saturday, August 8th at 9pm.
