Nomination papers available for Select Board, RSU #38 School Board and Local School Board
Nomination papers are available starting today, February 21st for the June 11, 2024 Municipal Town Meeting.
The following seats are up for nomination:
- Select Board – 2 terms (3 years each)
- RSU #38 School Board – 2 terms (3 years each)
- Local School Board – 3 terms (1 year, 2 year 3 year term each)
Anyone wishing to be on the written ballot must obtain at least 25 and not more than 100 signatures from Town of Readfield registered voters. The nomination papers are available at the front desk starting today at 12:00 noon and anytime after during normal business hours.
All nomination papers must be returned to the Town Office by 3:30 pm on Friday, April 12th 2024 by the person who is running for that position.
