• In person at the Readfield Town Office

Open to all towns – not just Readfield residents

Information needed at time registration: 

• Name
• Address
• Phone
• Dog or Cat
• Sex
• Age (under 12 months or over)
• Size
• Predominant Breed
• Colors
• 1 Year or 3 Year – Must have proof of previous rabies to receive 3 year

2023 Dog Registrations begin October 15 – in person or online – can register day of clinic:                     

• $6.00 - spayed/neutered
• $11.00 - unaltered
