READFIELD PLANNING BOARD AGENDA

The Town of Readfield Planning Board will conduct Public Hearing at the Town Office at 8 Old Kents Hill Road or via Zoom link at bottom of this notice.

Public Hearing Starts 6:30 pm:

  • An application submitted by Brett Roberts for a new commercial Storage Structure on the property located at 19 Winthrop Road (Rt 19). The application is a proposal for a 60’ x ’80 single floor Warehouse and Storage Space facility located in the Village District identified as Tax map 120 lot 088.
