Public Meeting:
 
Norwich Technologies / Readfield Main Street Solar LLC –
Continuation of a Public Meeting on 9-26-2023. This is a proposal to construct The Main Street Solar Project, a distributed generation large scale solar energy system on the south side of Main Street (route 17). Norwich Technologies manages the Applicant. The proposed project is a ground-mounted solar facility compromised of solar panels mounted 3 feet above grade and 10 feet to the top of panels above grade.  The array will be arranged in multiple rows running East-West. The installed capacity will be up to 975 kilowatts AC (kWac).  Other pads, connections, fences and related materials will be presented.  The project parcel is 71.93 acres and the site will be an open field portion of the project. The total fenced area will be 9.59 acres, the total project limits will be 17.51 acres and total impervious area of the project will be .25 acres. The location is at 0 Main Street on Map 143  Lot 014  in the Rural Zone District
 
0 North Wayne Road (Menatoma Camp Ground Road) –
Subdivision Application by Lovejoy Ventures LLC,  and Main-Land Development Consultants  for a 10 parcel division for 10 single family houses. The Project includes construction of a new road and a section of North Wayne Road (Menatoma Camp Road). The property is located on the Tax Map 111 Lot 032, in the Rural Zone District.
 
Possible Discussion:
 
Concerning LD 2003 and Readfield - Update on NorthStar Planning related to LUO process.  Also, copy of newly passed and signed by the Governor, legislation regarding mobile homes attached your review.
