2022 Rec Basketball Sign Ups - Includes Readfield, Mt Vernon, Wayne, Manchester & Fayette

Pre-K to Grade 6 - Sign Ups are available at the Readfield Town Office or by completing the form below and returning to the Readfield Town Office.

Saturday, November 19, 2022 - Team Evaluations and final day for sign ups:

• Boys Grades 3 - 4          9:00 AM - 10:00 AM
• Boys Grades 5 - 6          10:15 AM - 11:15 AM
• Girls Grades 3 - 4           11:30 AM - 12:30 PM
• Girls Grades 5 - 6           12:45 PM - 1:45 PM

Cost: $35.00 - 1st Child, $15.00 per added child. Max of $65.00 per family.

Make checks payable to: Town of Readfield 

LATE FEE of $10.00 after November 19, 2022. Please note, the Readfield Town Office is not open on Saturdays so you will need to pay by Friday, November 18 if paying in person at the Town Office. 

Coaches are volunteers. Consider helping if you are able. Training available.
