  1. Approval of the Board of Appeals minutes from December 05, 2022
  2. Conduct a de novo appellant hearing regarding the Code Enforcement Officer's issuance of a Building Permit and a Plumbing Permit for 25 Old Kents Hill Road, Readfield Maine.  Abutters Sarah Dyer and Bonnie Harris filed an appeal, which indicated that the Code Enforcement Officer erred when he issued two permits for 25 Old Kents Hill Road (Map 120 / Lot 024) which is owned by Robert Bittar.
