READFIELD PLANNING BOARD AGENDA

Tuesday April 26, 2022, 6:30 PM

The Town of Readfield Planning Board will conduct Public Hearing and Meeting at the Town Office at 8 Old Kents Hill Road.  The purpose of the Public Hearing is to receive comments regarding:

Public Hearing Starts 6:30 pm:

  1. Public Hearing: An application on 23 Church Road by Jason Foster to replace a previously removed nonconforming 2-car garage / barn with a new single-story storage 2-car garage / barn. The property is located in the Village District identified on the Tax map 120 lot 044
  2. Public Hearing: An application on 140 Torsey Shores Road by Heather Lawrence to raise an existing residential dwelling structure to replace foundation and raise the building height less than 3 feet. The property is located in the Shoreland Residential District identified on the Tax map 106 lot 075

Public Meeting:

26 Mill Stream Road - Safe Space Meeting House (SSMH): This new application proposes to create a community center/club in the existing structures. The property is located at 26 Mill Stream Road in the Rural Residential District identified on the Assessors map 120, lot 013.

Public Comments are encouraged and welcomed for the Public Hearings. They will be received at the time and in the order during the meeting as deemed appropriate by the Chair. Written comments from the public will be accepted at the Town Office at any time or emailed to ceo@readfieldmaine.org.; however, they must be submitted by the Thursday prior to the next scheduled meeting for them to be considered at that meeting
