PUBLIC HEARING AGENDA

The Town of Readfield Planning Board will conduct Public Hearing at the Town Office at 8 Old Kents Hill Road or via Zoom link at bottom of this notice.

Public Hearing Starts 6:30 pm:

Revisions and Additions to the Readfield Land Use Ordinance (LUO) - The following identifies LUO provisions proposed by the Planning Board to be added or amended:

  • Article 6 Sec. 3 - Site Review – revision and restructuring language
  • Article 6 Sec. 3(H) - Revision to Readfield Subdivision Ordinance - new language on process for minor subdivisions
  • Article  7 Sec. 6 – Village District revision of space standards and dimensional requirements (footnote 13)
  • Article 11 Sec. 2 - Addition to Definitions: “Tiny House” Definition within “Dwelling”
  • Article  8 Sec. 6 - New provision requiring to require Septic Inspection and Reporting upon Transfer of Ownership of Shoreland Property
  • Rezoning of Map 106 Lot 002 from “Academic to Rural Residential”
